The Role

The Product Operations Specialist will partner with product managers, engineering teams, customer support and GoToMarket teams to enhance product delivery and operational excellence. You will ensure that product teams have the necessary tools, processes, and support to deliver high-quality software efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for optimizing and streamlining the processes involved in product management and product delivery. This position will report to the Director, Technical Business Operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide support to PM in the management of tools, process and scheduling, including but not limited to:
    • Product Management Request process
    • Gong administration
    • Salesforce report request
    • Schedule meetings
  • Work with Product operations team to streamline workflows and eliminate bottlenecks in the GTM process
  • Gather customer feedback to assist with prioritization
  • Assist with the collection, analysis, and utilization of product usage data
  • Facilitate effective communication and information flow between product, and GTM teams
  • Monitor the effectiveness of process changes and make adjustments as needed
  • Work on initiatives for process optimization and automation
  • Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement
What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, computer science, or a related role within a SaaS or technology company
  • Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Salesforce)
  • Analytical skills and proficiency in using data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics)
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of product development and operational processes
  • Passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
