- High School Diploma is required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant sales or marketing
- Strong communication skills for conducting meetings and presentations
- Ability to analyze customer needs and resolve issues effectively
- Familiarity with sales processes and techniques
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Previous experience in payroll or financial services sales
- Knowledge of current industry trends and product initiatives
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
