- Perform data analysis and modeling on datasets related to Pharmaceutical Operations
- Execute basic data engineering tasks, including developing data models and visual pipelines
- Stay updated on generative AI trends and apply learnings to internal projects
- Create custom data visualizations using Python and R to present data insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business-related challenges
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field such as Math, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Chemistry, or Biology
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a STEM or related field
- Demonstrated skills in mathematics and statistics
- Creative thinker with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Experience in scripting languages (e.g., Python or R) or data querying languages (e.g., SQL)
- Basic experience with dashboard visualization tools, including Power BI, Plotly Dash, RShiny, and custom HTML and CSS frameworks
- Domain knowledge within Pharmaceuticals or Manufacturing Operations from prior internships or career experience
- Experience with simulation and planning within Supply Chain and/or finance domains
