As a Clinical Specialist Patient Temperature Management For Germany (m/f/*) , You Will Have The Opportunity To Tap Into Your Curiosity And Collaborate With Some Of The Most Innovative And Diverse People Around The World. Here, You Will Make An Impact By

• You serve as a subject matter expert for Solventum Patient Temperature Management Solutions and You train, support and educate customers and wider clinical audience on clinical and cost-effective use of Patient Temperature Management Solutions. Thus, you contribute actively to increase the sales of our company.
• You influence customers and their practice using clinical and evidence-based arguments.
• You gather actively knowledge of competitor products, claims and activities as well as market regulations/guidelines and requirements, and share your insights internally.
• You strongly collaborate with regional sales, marketing, and clinical team to support business development and strategy.
• You attend industry exhibitions, customer and Solventum organised events, and any other appropriate events to drive demand for Solventum products and build loyalty with identified customer.
• Reporting and recording of customer data in our CRM system is part of this, as well as support and deliver relevant product training to internal colleagues.
  
  

Your Skills And Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Nursing qualification, similar or higher
• Sound clinical knowledge is critical to this role
  
  

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include

• Ability to interact with clinical customers at all levels within their working environment
• Public speaking, presentation and training skills
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
• Highly motivated, team player and confident communicator
• Fluent in German and English
