HubSpot is looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our in-house affiliate marketing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and execute campaign strategies with affiliates, focus on optimization for better performance, report on key metrics, as well as develop and build relationships with key strategic partners.

This person will work in a partnership role with bloggers, review sites, influencers, and other partners to create and optimize campaigns with the goal of driving more traffic, signups, and sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships while also being analytically driven.

This role reports to the Head of Affiliate Marketing and is part of the wider Digital Marketing team whose purpose is to drive growth through driving demand for HubSpot products through various channels. The HubSpot Affiliate Program plays an important role in driving traffic, signups, and sales, and we’re in an exciting stage of growth for both the team and the program. You will partner closely with other teams such as Paid Acquisition, Partnerships, App Integrations, and Brand Media, to ensure our affiliate partnerships are meeting shared objectives and delivering on targets.

In This Role, You’ll Get To

  • Work with affiliates to develop, refine, and scale campaigns
  • Build relationships with affiliates on a 1:1 basis and serve as their main point of contact at HubSpot
  • Negotiate placements and incentives with affiliates while optimizing scale and profitability
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other HubSpot teams including SEO, Regional Marketing, and Strategic Partnerships teams on new opportunities
  • Track key metrics, optimize, and report on campaign impact, profitability, and ROI
  • Brainstorm and implement new and innovative experiments with affiliate partners
  • Work closely with Paid and Finance partners to maintain and track budget and spend for the month/quarter

We’re Looking For People Who Have

  • Experience working on partnerships for a B2B company and/or SaaS platform
  • Experience working on external partnerships with the goal of acquisition
  • Experience tracking metrics and measuring ROI / ROAS
  • Stellar oral and written communication skills
  • Stellar project management and organizational skills
  • A data-driven analytical mindset and proficient with Excel
  • Experience working with different teams, internally and externally

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using affiliate marketing platforms (Impact, ShareASale, CJ, etc)
  • Experience with Looker and HubSpot
  • Experience with managing and tracking budgets
