Job Description

Hey there! We're on the lookout for an awesome Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Lead Generation Specialist eager to dive into the world of development. Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting. Utilize tools such as Snov.io and Lemlist for prospect research, identifying potential clients.
  • Filter prospect lists to ensure alignment with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Engage with prospects through various channels, including emails, platforms, communities, Upwork and social media, to qualify their interest and needs.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of our services to prospects, demonstrating a deep understanding of their pain points and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Engage in text conversations with prospects, nurturing relationships and guiding them through the sales funnel.
  • Work closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and ensure a smooth transition in the sales process. Collaborate with the team to develop and refine message sequences, contributing to our outreach strategy.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with prospects in our CRM system. Monitor and track campaign performance.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.

Requirements

  • Ability to write concise, engaging, and direct message sequences.
  • A genuine interest in becoming a Lead Generation Specialist / SDR, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining professional relationships.
  • An understanding of, or willingness to learn about, the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies.

Will Be a Plus

  • Up to one year of experience in lead generation, research, copywriting, or marketing roles.
  • Background in IT / SaaS / B2B / Marketing outsourcing teams.
  • Experience with LinkedIn campaigns, email outreach platforms, and CRM software.
