About the Position

At Holafly, we are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Pricing Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in shaping our pricing strategies, ensuring competitiveness, and driving profitability. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of advanced pricing studies, dynamic pricing strategies, and a data-driven approach to decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to implement and optimize pricing initiatives that align with our business goals.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Pricing Strategies: Design and execute strategies that drive growth and profitability.
  • Manage Dynamic Pricing: Lead dynamic pricing initiatives, including external collaborations.
  • Project Management and Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations to align pricing strategies. Oversee multiple pricing projects to ensure timely and goal-aligned delivery.
  • Analyze Market Data and Incorporate User Insights: Review qualitative and quantitative data to refine pricing approaches.
  • Currency and Exchange Rate Management: Optimize pricing strategies based on currency fluctuations.
  • Operational Efficiency: Improve processes and automation in pricing management.
  • Promotion and Pricing Psychology: Develop promotion strategies and apply pricing psychology to enhance customer engagement.


Requirements

  • Pricing Expertise: Experience in advanced pricing studies and dynamic pricing.
  • Project Management: Strong skills in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Data-Driven: Ability to analyze data and make informed pricing decisions.
  • User Research: Experience in integrating user insights into pricing strategies.
  • Currency Management: Understanding of how exchange rates impact pricing.
  • Operational Improvement: Experience in automating and improving pricing operations.
  • Promotion Strategy: Ability to develop effective promotion strategies.
  • Pricing Psychology: Knowledge of pricing psychology and its strategic application.
  • Proactive and Results-Driven: Self-starter focused on achieving outcomes.
