About the Position
At Holafly, we are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Pricing Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in shaping our pricing strategies, ensuring competitiveness, and driving profitability. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of advanced pricing studies, dynamic pricing strategies, and a data-driven approach to decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to implement and optimize pricing initiatives that align with our business goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Pricing Strategies: Design and execute strategies that drive growth and profitability.
- Manage Dynamic Pricing: Lead dynamic pricing initiatives, including external collaborations.
- Project Management and Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations to align pricing strategies. Oversee multiple pricing projects to ensure timely and goal-aligned delivery.
- Analyze Market Data and Incorporate User Insights: Review qualitative and quantitative data to refine pricing approaches.
- Currency and Exchange Rate Management: Optimize pricing strategies based on currency fluctuations.
- Operational Efficiency: Improve processes and automation in pricing management.
- Promotion and Pricing Psychology: Develop promotion strategies and apply pricing psychology to enhance customer engagement.
