As a Solution area specialist, you will accelerate your career growth, work on breaking edge technology projects, and hone your selling skills.The Global Black Belt Specialist is a senior solution sales professional within our enterprise sales organization with a special focus on App Development workloads. The Global Black Belt Specialist is seen as the Leader of a global virtual team responsible for geographic resource management and execution focusing expanding and deepening relationships and satisfaction, building a compelling strategy for growing usage of Azure in enterprise accounts. A Global Black Belt App Innovation Specialist engages in executive conversation both in and outside IT to provide customers with insights and solutions leveraging the Microsoft Cloud Platform and Developer Services offerings that drive business transformation through key technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership You will be the key sales leader and influencer in shaping customer decisions to buy, build and transform new markets and lead transformational shifts in our customers. You will lead and challenge customers with clear strategic vision of digital transformation, orchestrate and lead Microsoft field team to win Cloud Native, Intelligent Applications and Integration Services workloads.
  • In this role you will develop, communicate, and provide high business impact solutions that enable digital transformation.
  • Voice of the customer You will influence the Microsoft Azure App Innovation Services go to market strategies by providing feedback to sales, marketing, and engineering on current and future product requirements and sales blockers you encounter.
  • You will maintain and develop a positive Customer and Partner Experience.
  • Technical sales leadership being a leader of the sales opportunity team, disciplined in business-management you will build a strong and active business network to meet and exceed sales targets and operational standards.
  • Create & share best practices, artifacts, patterns and IP to serve and accelerate the best solutions to our customers
  • Executive Presence: You will exhibit leadership and confidence to challenge the customer’s status quo. You will align the value of solutions with the customer’s business pain or strategic opportunities to sell to senior business decision makers.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years technology-related sales or account management experience
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years technology-related sales or account management experience
  • OR Master's Degree in Business Administration (i.e., MBA), Information Technology, or related field AND 5+ years technology-related sales or account management experience
  • 6+ years solution or services sales experience
  • Fluent French is essential
