- Develop and deploy AI models using techniques such as machine learning and natural language processing
- Analyze business processes to identify areas for AI-driven optimization and automation
- Provide training and support to end-users on AI-powered features and address any related issues
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning and natural language processing
- Familiarity with cloud platforms for AI deployment (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Experience working with enterprise business applications, preferably Salesforce, Workday, and NetSuite
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends, techniques, and best practices
