- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through their journey with the employer
- Develop strong, proactive relationships with clients to maximize their use of products and services
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal databases for all client interactions
- Engage with clients through various channels to understand and address their needs
- Provide clients and stakeholders with updates and insights regarding their success with the employer's products
- Minimum of three years of experience in customer or client success, or in an internal support role
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote, startup environment
- Strong customer-focused approach with a keen attention to detail
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding expectations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective client engagement
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus
- Proactive approach to relationship-building with clients
