- Schedule and coordinate participant appointments, including emergency medical authorizations
- Update and maintain the electronic appointment tracker for accuracy
- Provide excellent customer service to participants, co-workers, and external contacts
- Coordinate with medical, social, and transportation departments regarding appointments and outcomes
- Collect and monitor data for completion of relevant data collection programs
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience with appointment scheduling preferred
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- General understanding of medical diagnosis and personal care terminology
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others
- Experience in a healthcare setting or with elderly care
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and applicable software (Excel, Email, etc.)
- Empathetic and compassionate demeanor in caring for the elderly
