- Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Google Ads, and YouTube
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports and actionable insights
- Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI through A/B testing, bid adjustments, and audience targeting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid media efforts with broader marketing initiatives
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to campaign delivery and performance
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in a SaaS or subscription-based company
- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across various platforms
- Experience overseeing large paid digital advertising budgets
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting
- Excellent understanding of PPC, CPC, CPA, and other digital advertising metrics
- Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint
- HubSpot certification
