- Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat
- Assist in achieving departmental revenue goals by upselling or adding value to existing bookings
- Troubleshoot issues on MyWindstar and related external systems for guests and travel advisors
- Maintain high levels of booking quality and accuracy while adhering to company policies
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with professionalism and confidence
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Self-starter with excellent task management skills
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office programs
- Experience in cruise or tour operations/reservations
- Familiarity with travel booking systems or related software
- Knowledge of the Windstar product or similar cruise lines
