- Process bookings, revisions, cancellations, and all aspects of reservations with high quality and accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, maintaining professionalism at all times
- Act as the primary contact for service-related inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist in achieving departmental revenue goals by upselling or adding value to existing bookings
- Troubleshoot issues on MyWindstar and related systems for guests and travel advisors
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate professionally in writing and verbally
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Self-starter with excellent task management skills
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office programs
- Experience in cruise or tour operations/reservations
- Familiarity with the Windstar product or similar offerings
