What You Will Do

As a Marketing Professional, You’ll Be Based Within The Trimble AECO Revenue Marketing Team And Carry The Responsibility For Pipeline Development To Support Direct Sellers In The Region With Opportunities For Sales. You’ll Be Able To Lean On Your Experience In Technology Marketing, Ideally In High-growth SaaS Organizations. Our Position Requires a Background In New Logo And Customer Cross-sell Opportunity Creation Across Both SMB And Enterprise, As Well As The Knowledge To Clearly Measure Marketing Impact And Success And Share It With Stakeholders Regularly. As The Main Marketing Point Of Contact For The Japanese AECO Sales Team. You Will Be Involved In

  • Support Marketing Revenue Goals: Work closely with commercial teams to drive and support goals for new opportunities, pipeline, revenue, retention, and churn. Report on marketing successes and impact as part of a regular cadence of metrics.
  • Campaign Strategy; Execute multi-channel demand generation strategies that are aligned to persona's / audiences and sales objectives to support pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Campaign Management; Successfully execute highly-targeted and broad demand generation programs that engage and advance interest across the prospect and customer lifecycle.
  • Targeted ABM Growth: Develop account-based segmented audiences and campaign plans aligned with sales team objectives.
  • Budget Management: Responsible for regional marketing budgets and reporting ROI and overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Marketing Metrics Ownership: Responsible for creating and maintaining all regional marketing measurement, as well as roll ups to ASEAN and Global metrics.

Via The Following Tactics/channels, And More

  • Advertising: Implement strategies across performance marketing advertising platforms, such as LinkedIn, PPC, 6sense and software review sites and affiliate programs. Effectively report and communicate the effectiveness of performance across a spectrum of demand capture and brand & product awareness metrics.
  • Events: Collaborate with the events teams to drive a cohesive approach to tradeshows and Trimble-hosted events.
  • PR: Work closely with internal stakeholders and external PR agencies to drive awareness of Trimble and increase share of voice in the region.
  • Product Marketing: Work in alignment with regional product marketing on the story per region and the best methods to disseminate it.
  • Content: Create the content necessary to tell a regional story, aligned with the global brand story, to support regional needs and the global Trimble brand.
  • SEO: Collaborate with SEO & Website teams to strategize and execute a high-intent SEO strategy to drive more qualified opportunities.

What Skills & Experience Should You Bring

  • Working and delivering results in a high growth SaaS business.
  • Excellent language skills in both Japanese and English.
  • Knowledge of the Construction industry and an understanding of the industry issues and the different personas is a big plus.
  • Proficient in MAT, CRM & Analytics tools
  • Developing effective working relationships within a matrix organization
  • Working in partnership with direct sales organizations

Information About Your Location

This position is available on a fully remote basis from within Australia on the East Coast. Alternatively you would be based from our Trimble offices in Osaka or Tokyo, Japan.

About Our AECO Marketing Team

The AECO Marketing team fuels Trimble's construction software growth by demonstrating how we meet our customers’ needs, telling stories, writing compelling content, executing campaigns, generating pipeline and helping organizations through their purchasing decisions. In APAC, each Trimble region will have a Marketing lead at the helm of these efforts, reporting to the ASEAN Revenue Marketing Lead.
