Role Overview

As a Paid Acquisition Manager at Phrase, you will be at the forefront of driving our paid acquisition strategy, optimising campaigns, and maximising ROI across various channels. Reporting to the Global Head of Demand Generation, your strategic vision and hands-on expertise will be pivotal in generating high-quality sales opportunities and accelerating our growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive paid acquisition strategy that aligns with business goals and drives quality sales opportunities from our target ICP.
  • Channel Management : Review, plan, build, launch and optimise all campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and any other relevant platforms.
  • Performance Analysis : Analyse campaign performance daily using data-driven insights to continuously improve performance and revenue for paid.
  • Budget Management : Efficiently manage and allocate budgets to maximise the effectiveness of our paid media spend.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the broader marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and messaging.
  • A/B Testing : Design and implement A/B tests to optimise ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
  • Reporting : Provide regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay Current : Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid acquisition to maintain a competitive edge.


Key Requirements

  • 5+ years demonstrable hands-on experience in structuring, managing and optimising global paid acquisition campaigns, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment targeting Enterprise clients.
  • The ability to see beyond clicks, to craft your strategy around leads that result in opportunities and revenue from our ICP.
  • Experience in developing campaigns that support long-term demand generation, targeting an Enterprise audience
  • A keen interest in CRO and the constant pursuit of marginal improvements to your process
  • Expertise in all paid media platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads Manager and analytics software.
  • The ability to craft successful landing page and ad copy will be advantageous
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to understand complex data and display and articulate it to all organizational levels
