About This Role
We are on the lookout for a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect to join our dynamic team, focusing on delivering tailored financial solutions for our clients.
As a Solution Architect, you will take the helm in designing and architecting SAP SuccessFactors solutions that meet the unique demands of the financial services industry. You will guide the technical vision, ensuring that all components of the solution are seamlessly integrated and aligned with the business objectives. Your expertise will be crucial in steering the development team to deliver robust, industry-specific solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.
- Provide strategic direction on the use of SAP SuccessFactors modules, customizations, and integrations within the financial services context.
- Oversee the development of custom solutions using tools like MDF (Metadata Framework) and APIs to meet specific project requirements.
- Ensure seamless integration of SuccessFactors with other enterprise systems, using best practices and innovative solutions.
- Manage and optimize data migration processes, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and compliance with financial regulations.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure the technical implementation aligns with the overall project architecture.
- Conduct architectural reviews and provide guidance on performance tuning, security, and scalability of SuccessFactors solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, incorporating them into the architectural strategy where applicable.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules and their application.
- Proficiency in designing and deploying custom solutions using MDF, APIs, and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
- Strong background in data migration strategies, with a focus on maintaining data integrity and consistency.
- Expertise in architectural best practices, including security, performance optimization, and scalability
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and actionable manner.
