Product Manager - What You’ll Do:


The Product Manager will report to the Vice President of Product Management and will be responsible for features and functionality related to workplace management and space planning tools on the platform. Responsibilities include:


  • Develop a deep understanding of OfficeSpace’s customer and prospect analytics needs through qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Synthesize market trends, customer feedback, and competitive positioning to drive innovative concepts for the future of the work and address specific needs for the workplace management, space planning, and integration areas of the product portfolio.
  • Analyze market opportunities and prioritize customer needs to inform the product strategy and maintain the product roadmap for workplace management initiatives.
  • Partner with the UX, Engineering, and internal stakeholder teams to design, develop and deliver top-priority workplace management initiatives leveraging the product development lifecycle.
  • Define success criteria, gather metrics, and report consistently on product impact and adoption metrics.
  • Lead successful implementation and continuous delivery with development teams. Ensure effective planning, execution, and delivery of projects, resulting in improved efficiency, timely product releases, and overall business success.
  • Work with the Product Marketing team to create enablement materials to help the sales, customer service, and marketing teams understand and position new product features and functionality.
  • Educate customer training, success, and support teams to ensure that customers are equipped to realize the full value from new features/functionality.



The Skills, Experience, and Mindset Required:


  • Prior Product Management experience owning/managing a core software feature and/or platform for a growing B2B SaaS company.
  • Experience researching, designing & delivering products and features that address multiple personas and business needs.
  • Proven track record of partnering with engineering teams to deliver new product features and upgrades on time in a rapidly moving and growing environment.
  • Adept in the creation of epics and user stories in order to promote user-centricity and user-focused design concepts.
  • Skilled in using data and analysis to test/validate assumptions and inform product decisions.
  • A naturally strong sense of humility combined with an intrinsic ability to listen and understand perspectives and needs from a variety of customers, partners, and teammates.

For US based candidates:

The OTE range for this role is $80,000-$100,000 USD. The salary for this position is determined based on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant experience, education, or particular skills and expertise.


For Canada based candidates:

The OTE range for this role is $105,000-$125,000 CAD. The salary for this position is determined based on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant experience, education, or particular skills and expertise.
