Buynomics is the next-generation SaaS company in pricing and product optimization. It employs large-scale simulation technologies to digitize customers and predict their purchase behavior - in any environment. For that, we build the operating system for commercial decisions that provides companies with a single source of truth to answer all their market-facing questions including pricing, product offers, and promotions.


Buynomics is a startup/scaleup based in Cologne, Germany. Employees and Customers span four continents. The company offers unique large-scale simulation technology to predict consumer purchase behavior


What you'll do:


  • Combine cold calling, email & LinkedIn, etc. to reach out to prospects and generate curiosity about Buynomics and the value it can provide to their business
  • Partner with the Account Executives to work on target accounts and generate early stage pipeline
  • Source new leads and hold qualification calls to qualify leads, for Ideal Customer Profile fit
  • Continue to develop, and adopt new, innovative ways of engaging prospects
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Sales team to build an early-stage revenue pipeline for the company
  • Meet and exceed quarterly targets for new meetings with prospects
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, customer challenges, industry news, and the latest developments


What you'll need:


  • At least 2+ years of proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or similar customer-facing role
  • We are looking for competitive, self-motivated, and driven individuals who can work independently, manage their time efficiently, and deliver results
  • Confidence to speak about Buynomics, uncovering challenges, and overcoming objections over the phone; cold- and “warm” calling will play a big role in being successful in this role
  • Hands-on mentality, proactive approach, and ability to challenge the status quo continuously; we love learning from each other and building best practices to boost the success of the entire team!
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working proficiency in English is required, German or any other European language has a distinctive advantage


What we prefer:


  • Prior experience with Sales tools (Outreach, Zoominfo, Sales Navigator) and maintaining CRM hygiene (Hubspot)
  • Experience in a (seed-stage) Startup or SaaS/Cloud/Technology environment
  • Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related area
  • Track record of achieving academically, in sports or extracurriculars
