- Manage relationships and customer expectations for 8+ clients, ensuring value delivery and account growth
- Serve as an extension of the client's team through ad-hoc analysis, testing initiatives, and training
- Create detailed analyses from Digital Experience data using reporting and dashboarding techniques
- Represent client concerns within the organization regarding Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) issues
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and identify training gaps
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or other quantitative disciplines
- 3-5 years of experience with data analysis, including distilling complex data sets and presenting findings
- Strong understanding of web technologies such as HTML, JS, CSS, and networking
- Proficiency with analysis tools including Google Analytics, Adobe, Advanced Excel, Tableau, SPSS, or R
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience in data-driven analysis and a strong capability to understand and analyze data
- Stellar communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical discussions
- Proven ability to handle multiple conflicting priorities under pressure
- Desire to learn new technology and deliver successful outcomes for stakeholders
- Empathetic understanding of team dynamics and ability to influence effectively
