- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
- Strong team orientation with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support roles
- Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
