We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Full Stack Developer to join our innovative team as our first engineering hire. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of our new and exciting project, ensuring a robust and scalable architecture.
- Design and implement infrastructure with a focus on balancing immediate project needs with long-term scalability and vision.
- Participate in and contribute to product and technical discussions to shape our strategy and achieve both short-term milestones and long-term goals.
- Proven experience in full stack development, with a strong focus on backend technologies.
- Strong interest in blockchain technology and staying updated with industry trends. Experience in Rust or Solidity is preferred.
- Proficiency in languages such as Node.js, Python, or Go.
- Familiarity with database management (SQL and NoSQL).
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with remote teams.
- Experience in setting up and maintaining best practices for software development.
- Ability to architect infrastructure with a clear understanding of short-term and long-term project goals.
- Prior experience in financial technology or crypto projects.
- A track record of successfully delivering projects from concept to launch.
- Preference for candidates in the APAC or Europe timezones to align with our team’s working hours.
