WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
A passionate UX designer and researcher, who will play a crucial role in shaping our products and services. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineering and business development. Your work will directly impact our users' satisfaction and business success.
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create outstanding UX and UI, balancing creativity with practicality, ensuring delightful user experiences while meeting business goals.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, sketches, proposals and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma.
- Own the product design process from concept, through discovery to final delivery.
- Work closely with product managers, analysts, and engineers to collaborate on planning and ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Champion data-driven decision-making, translating usage data, feedback and experimentation results into actionable insights.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and user interviews to ensure your designs and concepts are tailored to user needs and are solving the users’ problems effectively.
- Set and evaluate performance metrics, the impact of your designs, and ideate new hypotheses for further design iterations.
IN ORDER FOR YOU TO BE SUCCESSFUL, YOU BRING:
- Proven experience as a Product and/or UX Designer (portfolio required).
- A strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for solving complex design challenges.
- An ability to work independently adapting to project requirements and timelines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools) for creating wireframes and prototypes.
- Familiarity with tools such as Mixpanel, Braze and other analytics platforms.
- Experience from the payment industry and/or B2B2C products.

- Fair salary package: For this full-time position we offer a minimum salary of 47.000,00€* gross per year. Your actual salary will be based on your experience and qualification.
