As a Lead Workday Integrations Consultant (Consultant) in Kainos, you’ll be responsible for implementing and configuring enterprise-scale Workday solutions for their global customer base. As a senior expert in a team of consultants, you will manage relationships with their customers, shaping and delivering solutions that are aligned to customer needs, fit for purpose and commercially viable.


You’ll work closely with clients to scope, document, implement, deploy and support integration solutions using the Workday integration platform toolset and you will lead a team of integration consultants on a project. You’ll provide excellent consulting and guidance to customers, truly understanding their business. You’ll be an expert in your field, using your technical and professional expertise to mentor and guide your team members, and building and improving Workday knowledge in Kainos and the Workday community.


Minimum (Essential) Requirements:


Workday Integrations Certified, with a minimum of 1 year's experience leading projects

Excellent customer focus, able to build open and trusted client relationships assess customer needs and manage and challenge customer expectations.

Ability to deliver Workday integration solutions which are fit for purpose including requirements capture, design, development, testing, operational implementation and post go-live support

Ability to resolves Client issues working at both process and technical level recommending and justifying suitable approaches;

Excellent communicator, able to communicate with customers and colleagues with impact and credibility. Sound ability to formally present to senior Client audiences and at conferences e.g. Workday Altitude

An effective people manager, mentoring and developing junior to mid-level Workday Integration Consultants generally as well as leading them on projects

Proficiency with XML, XPath and XSLT, and be knowledgeable in an object oriented programming language (preferably J2EE)

Good understanding of cloud computing, web services and associated integration challenges


Desirable:


Professional qualifications where applicable in your Capability

Experience of managing, mentoring and developing teams

Experience of one or more business application environments (e.g. CRM, eBusiness/ERP etc.);

Previous experience working with PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, Taleo, or other On-Premise and SaaS ERP systems

Previous experience working as web applications developer

Experience of managing, mentoring and developing teams
