Required Qualifications

• Upper-intermediate to fluent speaking and writing English. Able to have a real-time conversation.
• 5+ years of full-time hands-on Software Development experience.
• 5+ years of full-time hands-on Blockchain experience.
• 4+ years of full-time hands-on Solidity experience.
• 2+ years of full-time hands-on Ethereum experience.
• 2+ years of full-time hands-on Solana experience.
• Proactive communication: ability to get requirements from the stakeholders independently by initiating conversations, proposing solutions, and getting the answers.
• Self-sufficiency: ability to achieve results independently without additional encouragement.

Nice to haves

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

The Right Balance team is 60+ engineers going to 100+ by the end of the year. The current client size team is 7+ people. The timing is great to be a part of a small team making meaningful contributions.

What happens if the engagement is completed?

Most of our engagements are long-term in nature. That said, if the current engagement is ramping down, we’ll present you with more long-term opportunities to transition into.
