Position Overview:

We are seeking someone to lead our ambitious project to transition into a fully AI-driven company. This executive will be responsible for implementing artificial intelligence solutions that will automate ALL current human-performed tasks within the company, including customer service, compliance, anti-fraud measures, and accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and operational needs
• Be involved in the development and deployment of AI technologies across various departments, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency
• Lead the development team to make use of current AI models and tools to automate all tasks currently performed by humans
• Engage with department heads to understand their processes and lead the process to use AI to automate all such processes
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, such as data protection and privacy
• Manage relationships with AI technology providers, consultants, and other external partners
• Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements in AI to keep CoinClan at the forefront of innovation
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role or extensive experience in a leadership role within technology or AI fields
• Strong technical background in AI, machine learning, and related technologies
• Experience in the financial services or fintech industry, particularly in cryptocurrency and blockchain, is highly desirable
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders
• Strategic and visionary thinker with a proven track record of successfully implementing technology solutions at scale
