Europe, Middle East and AfricaSo how can you contribute as part of the ShareFile team? We are searching for someone who can help us make a little magic for our customers and their clients every day. We want someone who is looking to start their IT sales career. Renewals is a perfect entry role to the industry. You will work with our channel distribution, Partners and customers to ensure our customers' contracts are renewed and maintain a high retention rate across Europe. Your success in this Role directly affects your teammates ( and vice versa) so you always have teammates to work with and help guide you.
Europe, Middle East and AfricaIn the role of Renewals Sales Specialist - Europe, you will be responsible for managing a subset of renewals across several countries. Your success in this role will be largely determined by your organizational skills and ability to manage your time effectively. Customers expect to have their renewal contracts 30-120 days out from expiry so timing plays a large part of your strategy. The goal of this role is to retain our customers & do regular checkin’s to drive adoption and usage.
