Job Description

We are seeking a highly capable and motivated Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join the Demand Generation team. As our Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the growth strategies for our portfolio of products.

So, what will your new role look like?

Reporting to the Manager of Demand Generation, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing comprehensive full-funnel campaigns that propel our brand forward and generate growth. This is an opportunity to make a real impact, work on multiple exciting products, and be a main contributor to our collective success.

Through a combination of experience, deep understanding, testing, learning, and relentless execution, you are expected to:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive high-quality leads and grow pipeline.
  • Launch experiments, monitor early results, and iterate quickly. You will be expected to continuously test new messaging, audiences, channels, and formats that resonate with our ideal customers and turn these findings into campaigns that generate incremental growth.
  • Relentlessly manage and rigorously measure the performance of your strategy — progress, ROI, opportunities, threats, etc. You will o wn our Demand Gen monitoring and reporting .
  • Be customer obsessed! You will be tasked with developing and launching campaigns that create VALUE for our audience. Going beyond segmentation, personalization, and customer journey mapping, you can put yourself in our customer’s shoes and tell a story that resonates on a deeper emotional level, making our brand more relatable and trustworthy.
  • Put processes in place that improve the way we (Demand Gen) work when collaborating with a team of 40+ marketers.
  • Get buy-in from leadership and other teams for your new ideas and strategies. You can put together a solid business plan that clearly describes the value of your strategy.
  • Manage large promotional budgets and demonstrate the value of the results. You can also own when an initiative didn’t perform as expected and apply the lessons learned.
  • Contribute to improve our marketing efficiency. You can look at the big picture and spot areas that need attention. You will collaborate closely with our Paid Media team to reassess our spending mix and find opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with Sales and Customer Support to drive a holistic marketing strategy focused on pipeline and revenue – not vanity metrics.


What will your future team look like?

You’ll interact with and report to the Manager, Demand Generation for day-to-day guidance and professional development.

The Demand Generation team is comprised of talented Paid Media Strategists and Digital Marketers. Our team is responsible for our portfolio of HR and IT products.

In our team, we foster a positive and collaborative culture. Team members feel comfortable sharing their ideas, taking risks, and asking for help when needed.

What are the next challenges awaiting your team?

  • Continuously launch campaigns that generate growth in the form of leads and sales opportunities for our diverse portfolio of products.
  • Find the right balance between demand creation and demand capture activities while maintaining positive marketing ROI.
  • Act as a leader in a marketing team of 40+ to improve our marketing efficiency and help redefine the way we do Demand Gen.
  • Work closely with other teams within the Revenue function such as Sales, CS, and RevOps, to unlock new opportunities for growth.


Qualifications

  • 5+ Years experience working in a growth marketing role in a SaaS organization, with a strong understanding of how to optimize performance through the customer lifecycle;
  • Strong grasp of current digital marketing processes with a track record of successfully ideating, scoping, building, implementing, and measuring growth marketing strategies and campaigns;
  • Extensive hands-on experience owning large ad budgets, managing Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, and Meta paid campaigns, and transitioning spend to improve performance;
  • A track record of successfully launched marketing campaigns resulting in positive business impact;
  • Extensive experience in marketing automation and CRM software such as HubSpot, Marketo, and Salesforce;
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.


Assets:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Computer Science, or a related field;
  • Product marketing experience.
