  • Work closely with the marketing and management team to develop promotional materials and campaignsSub-Saharan Africa

  • Liaise with other departments to ensure client requirements are met and expectations exceeded. Attend weekly, monthly meetings for update.Sub-Saharan Africa

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related fieldSub-Saharan Africa
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar roleSub-Saharan Africa
  • Must have background in working with offshoring, recruitment, or a similar industrySub-Saharan Africa
  • Has knowledge of different hiring requirements (contact center, back office, and digital) and the ability to provide recommendations to clients on potential roles based on the given skillsetSub-Saharan Africa
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growthSub-Saharan Africa
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsSub-Saharan Africa
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholdersSub-Saharan Africa
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteSub-Saharan Africa
