• Sub-Saharan AfricaRefracturing data pipelines, building new ones and decommissioning, tweaks to security and policies Existing team to maintain BAU work, allowing for little to-no disruption.
• Sub-Saharan Africa‘Lift and shift + improve processes’, migrate and integrate into the new world.

• Sub-Saharan AfricaStrong understanding of Scripting languages including Python
• Sub-Saharan AfricaStrong experience in SQL and any programming language (i.e., Python, Java, C#) is a must
• Sub-Saharan AfricaPrevious experience in Data Modelling, Data Extraction, Creating Data Pipelines and Orchestration Tools, ideally Apache Airflow
• Sub-Saharan AfricaExperience/understanding of CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Development)
• Sub-Saharan AfricaGit-lab (preferred), they are moving away from Git-hub
• Sub-Saharan AfricaExperience with AWS Cloud Services, including S3
• Sub-Saharan AfricaExperience with cloud-based data warehouses, ideally Snowflake
• Sub-Saharan AfricaExperience with Jenkins or automation tools.
• Sub-Saharan AfricaBI Development skills – Power BI / Tableau or other data visualisation tool experience
• Sub-Saharan AfricaNice to have understanding of contemporary data architectures
• Sub-Saharan AfricaNimble and flexible; able to meet difficult deadlines.

• Sub-Saharan AfricaWork with stakeholders to assist with data related technical requirements and issues
• Sub-Saharan AfricaUnderstanding and alignment of data modelling requirements with technology and future trends.
