Purpose: The purpose of the role is to provide expertise in using SAP Analytics Tools (primarily SAC Reporting) for TwiningsOvo. The role will cover supporting of existing solutions/reports, new reporting requirements and providing best practices for ongoing implementation phases.

We are seeking a skilled SAC Reporting Developer to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP Analytics Cloud reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of business intelligence and reporting processes, combined with analytical and problem-solving skills.

Scope: The SAC Reporting Developer, is someone with hands-on experience of working within large SAP projects, including both implementation and support. They are responsible for overseeing the resolution and delivery of SAP SAC Reporting related incidents, as well as the implementation of new requirements, in an effective and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAC reporting solutions to meet business requirements.
• Develop and configure SAC models, stories, and visualizations.
• Integrate data from various sources into SAC.
• Develop and maintain data connections, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Work with business stakeholders to define reporting requirements.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations in SAP SAC.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of SAC reporting solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and report performance.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users on SAC reporting functionalities.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAC reporting solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for all SAC reporting implementations.
• Support regular SAC system maintenance and upgrades.
• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures including update and creation of technical specifications where required.
• Support the solution delivered by SI as part of Program Optimus, ensuring smooth support.
• For new requests, participate in requirements workshops, ensure follow up on reporting questions and investigations if outstanding, and recommend implementation options that include estimations.
  
  
  

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

• 5-8 years' experience in building reports in various tools with functional experience in SAC Reporting
• Experience in operating in a complex environment including implementation of SAC Reporting solutions
• Understanding of SAP modules and SAC functionalities, including data modelling, reporting, and analytics.
• Proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and reporting tools.
• Communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A mindset adept at detail-oriented examination and proficient in resolving issues.
• Capability to perform tasks solo as well as part of a team within a changing setting.
• Relevant SAP certifications are desirable but not mandatory.
• Experience of working in continuous delivery (Kanban/support) and new initiatives (Sprint).
• Ability to document and communicate progress against plans, taking corrective action as necessary.
• Ability to identify, clarify, and resolve issues and risks, escalating them as needed.
