Job Title: Senior Backend Developer
Reports to: Backend Lead
Overview of the Department/Section:The Organization’s Engineering department is responsible for Analyzing , Designing, Developing & Deliver quality product requirements.
The role's main purpose: Back-end developers ensure the website performs correctly, focusing on databases, back-end logic, application programming interface (APIs), architecture, and servers. They use code that helps browsers communicate with databases, store, understand, and delete data. Their primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, defining and maintaining the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests.

Key Responsibilities
- Developing high-quality and detailed designs, Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle.
- Proactively communicate with the client to get things done within the Deadline.
- Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code.
- Provide high-level maintenance and update of an existing applications to improve functionality and process flow
- Oversee the maintenance of technical documentation of applications as architecture, code, and procedures.
- Integration of third-party APIs
- Collaborating with the front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Implementation of security and data protection measures.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Node.js and javaScript.
- Hands-on experience in REST, MySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks.
- Good to have knowledge & Experience on Microservice Architecture.
- Good to know front-end technologies.
- Good analytical, problem-solving aptitude, and code debugging skills.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Good to have experience in any Cloud technologies
