Your Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for creative, highly motivated individuals who wants to understand how systems and applications work together to provide end to end business solutions.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing strategies and priorities.
  • Perform manual testing of software applications, including regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Manage and understand LITMUS products, work with Kubernetes and other open-source technology and tools in various cloud environments such as AWS, as well as on-premises software stack deployments.
  • Identify, isolate, and document defects in a clear and concise manner, working closely with developers to resolve issues.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in testing methodologies and processes.
  • Develop, execute and automate test scenarios spanning multiple offerings in complex environments.
  • Integrate automated tests into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline to ensure regular testing of software builds.
  • Collect and analyze results with a focus on problem determination to ensure application and solution feature capability and stability.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement or optimization within products and their dependent areas.
  • Lead and mentor a team of software testers, providing guidance and technical expertise.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a bachelor's in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of work experience as a Software Tester, with a focus on manual testing.
  • Demonstrated experience of software testing methodologies (functional/negative), test case design, and defect tracking.
  • Hands on experience of Web application testing and experience in modern test development concepts.
  • Experience with testing tools like TestRail, defect management systems, Docker, Kubernetes, and client-based products

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • ISTQB or other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic startup environment where requirements and priorities might change.
  • Understanding of Industrial Internet of Things (IIOT) concepts, protocols, and architectures can be a plus.
  • Bonus skills: Golang, Java, DevOps knowledge, Experience with Manufacturing or Manufacturing Software
