Reporting Line: Head of Marketing

Role Overview:

The Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Manager will lead the development and implementation of the overall digital media and marketing strategies to drive digital presence and grow the ecommerce business. He/she will be working with agencies and with the various department heads in strategy and execution of plans to achieve targets. This manager will need to be a strong communicator, adept at all areas pertaining to the function and will be reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications.

Ecommerce Business Acceleration

  • Responsible for the sales and performance of the Porcelain online business including but not limited to the Webstore and all Marketplaces.
  • Create and maintain E-commerce marketing calendar and promotions.
  • Drive brands Ecommerce growth by developing campaigns and ensuring ecommerce principles are incorporated to provide the desired brand and consumer experience.
  • Serve as liaison in between all platform PiCs and to maintain relationship with necessary vendors and marketplace Account Managers.
  • Keep up to date with competitors and trends to ensure Porcelain remains highly competitive.
  • Build and monitor the entire funnel for the ecommerce business.
  • Responsible for closing all gaps in the ecommerce business, including but not limited to order processing, client enquiries, fulfilment by partnering with the right department.


Web and email marketing (CRM)

  • Responsible for all website content and for creating and implementing the content strategy to ensure objectives are met
  • Plan, build and execute email acquisition and blast campaigns


Paid Marketing

  • Define right paid media channels and allocate budget and resources to maximize result
  • Deliver robust leads acquisition campaigns with detailed tracking and optimization to improve sales leads and conversion success
  • Manage various channels from user experience, the user journey, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), AB testing and re-targeting
  • Perform daily optimisation of campaigns, budget allocation, bid management, ad creative and landing page testing to maximise ad spends


Performance Marketing & Marketing Analytics

  • Optimize digital media strategy for all campaigns and creatives to drive engagement & conversion and evaluate the key metrics and media performance
  • Provide regular reporting of all digital campaigns and activities, and assess against goals (ROI, ROAs and KPIs)
  • Monitoring results from web analytics tool and make required optimizations
  • Identify new opportunities to drive digital growth through close monitoring of consumer trends and insights
  • Appraise important metrics that affect website traffic, service quotas, and target audience
  • Other data reporting, analysis, and presentation to key stakeholders


Others

  • Partner closely across multi-disciplinary teams (Operations, Inventory, Marketing)
  • Manage and lead the Digital Marketing Team in Singapore and/or Philippines
  • Manage and track digital marketing budget
  • Maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders such as channel account managers and agencies.


Job Requirements:

  • Min. 5+ years of Digital Marketing and Ecommerce experience
  • At least one-year of management experience
  • Bachelors Degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Computer Science, Business)
  • A team player and a self-starter with proactive attitude
  • Impressive track record as a Digital Marketing strategist or Performance Marketing manager
  • Highly proficient in Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta and Microsoft 365
  • Working knowledge of web design, CSS and HTML and AI tools a plus
  • Strong ability to strategize and execution competency
  • Analytical, data and results-driven thinking
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • High level of both verbal and written English
