Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and experienced IT Support Specialist to provide remote technical support to our employees and clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining hardware and software, and ensuring smooth IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide remote technical support to employees and clients via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain software applications and hardware.
Assist with the setup and configuration of new computers and devices.
Maintain an inventory of IT assets and manage software licenses.
Monitor and respond to system alerts and perform regular system checks.
Assist with data backup and recovery processes.
Document and update technical procedures and user guides.
Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless IT operations.
Provide training and support to users on various software and hardware.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with network troubleshooting and basic network setup.
Familiarity with cloud services such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365.
Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
