We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with issues related to their website design and digital marketing services.
Provide information about our services, pricing, and processes to potential and existing clients.
Resolve customer complaints by identifying problems and determining the best solutions.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with our services.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service and overall client satisfaction.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
