We are seeking a talented and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. As an entry-level ML Engineer, you will work closely with our data science and engineering teams to develop and deploy cutting-edge machine learning models that drive business value. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced ML professionals and contribute to the entire machine learning lifecycle, from data preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with data scientists to understand business problems and identify opportunities for machine learning solutions
• Preprocess and clean data for model training, including handling missing values, outliers, and feature engineering
• Implement and train machine learning models using Python libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
• Optimize model performance through hyperparameter tuning and feature selection
• Develop unit tests and integration tests to ensure model quality and robustness
• Deploy trained models to production environments using tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Monitor model performance in production and implement strategies for continuous improvement
• Document code, models, and processes to ensure maintainability and reproducibility

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with machine learning libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques, such as supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and natural language processing
• Familiarity with data preprocessing and feature engineering techniques
• Experience with version control using Git and collaboration tools like GitHub
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Exposure to real-world machine learning projects or internships
