Job Description:
We are seeking a Part-Time Data Entry Remote professional to join our team. As a Data Entry Remote, you will be responsible for inputting and organizing data into our database systems accurately and efficiently. This role requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and strong time management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Input data from various sources such as paper documents, digital files, or online forms into our database system
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entered by reviewing and verifying information for errors or discrepancies
- Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy files according to established procedures
- Generate reports, charts, or graphs based on the entered data as requested
- Assist in other administrative tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in data entry or related field preferred
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
