We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments and managing emails and phone calls
Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls and travel arrangements
Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
Assist with project coordination and tracking
Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
