About The Company

Qubit Capital is an AI-driven matchmaking platform that connects startups with investors worldwide. Our platform uses data analysis to match the right investors with startups seeking funding. We aim to simplify the fundraising process for startups and investors by providing a seamless and efficient platform. We support clients right from the documentation stage till the deal closure. Our current focus market is the USA, Europe, UK, India and the surrounding regions.

Your Role:

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Customer Success Executive to join our dynamic team at Qubit Capital. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our clients' success and satisfaction, managing client relationships, and facilitating effective startup-investor interactions. This role is pivotal in supporting our goal to increase the average number of startup-investor calls and facilitate substantial fundraising efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding: Efficiently onboard new clients, setting clear expectations and ensuring they understand the processes and benefits of working with Qubit Capital.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Act as the primary point of contact and manage clients' needs and expectations.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client issues effectively and on time. Ensure client satisfaction through continuous support and proactive communication.
  • Feedback Collection: Regularly collect client feedback to improve services and collaboration. Utilize this feedback to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse clients' progress and engagement to ensure they are receiving the full benefits of our services. Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the Fundraising, Sales, and Marketing teams to relay client insights that can help refine strategies and improve service offerings.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field
  • Experience: 2+ years in a customer success, account management, or similar role, preferably in a startup or venture capital environment
  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
    • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
    • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • A deep understanding of customer service practices and client relationship management.
