This is a remote position.
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
- Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases for optimal performance and reliability.
- Develop APIs and services using GraphQL to facilitate clear and effective communication between frontend and backend systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Lead and mentor junior developers in best practices, code quality, and tech frameworks.
- Ensure scalability and reliability of all backend systems through effective design and implementation.
- Continuously integrate and deploy developed software updates to the cloud using AWS services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with a strong understanding of Node.js, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
- Proficient in managing and optimizing PostgreSQL databases.
- Extensive experience with AWS services, understanding of serverless architecture, and hands-on experience with infrastructure as code.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable and performance-oriented services with a focus on complex backend environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to execute complex projects.
