Who you are

The Solution Engineer is a technical maestro ready to champion the elimination of any technical impediments that stand in the way of our customers' swift and efficient return on investment. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our partners and customers are empowered to harness the full potential of the Qostodian platform with ease. They possess an intricate understanding of our products and the evolving data security industry landscape and are willing to explore new frontiers in the industry. They like to see their ideas in action and to be a conversation leader with clients and partners.


What you will do

As a Technical Account Manager, your responsibilities will be as follow:

  • Serve as the go-to technical authority for our customer and partner network, facilitating both pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of Qohash solutions.
  • Engage in meetings with prospects, customers, and partners to discern their technical and business needs. Ensure that all crucial data is gathered and comprehended before any POV or presentation.
  • Lead training sessions, workshops, and webinars geared towards enlightening customers and partners on our products. This ensures they are primed to optimally utilize and advocate for our solutions.
  • Execute standard product demonstrations and presentations, elucidating the unique features, capabilities, and value propositions of our solutions. This also involves equipping the sales team and partners with the essential knowledge and tools.
  • Offer premium support to customers and partners, empowering them to proficiently market our solutions and in turn, render impeccable service to the end customers.
  • Acquire a profound understanding of our offerings, data security industry dynamics, and competitors. This knowledge will be leveraged to adeptly position our solutions and address any inquiries from partners and customers.
  • Liaise with Product Management, offering feedback on existing products and insights on potential enhancements or new products.
  • Work in tandem with the sales team to buttress partner-driven sales endeavors, engage in joint sales interactions, and aid in crafting compelling technical documentation and proposals.


What your resume shows

Must Haves

  • 3+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer or similar role in the cybersecurity industry, with a strong understanding of Data Security Posture Management (DSPM)
  • 2+ years of experience in solving problems in software applications, cloud technologies, and IT infrastructure.
  • 2+ years in project management with a focus on complex environments
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead training sessions and workshops.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Bilingual French and English

Nice to Haves

  • Ability to craft compelling technical documentation and proposals.
  • Certification in relevant technologies or frameworks (e.g., CompTIA, CISM, Networking, AWS, Azure).
  • Experience working in a Startup environment
  • Preference is for candidates resident in Quebec
