As a Cloud Pre-Sales Consultant, you will:
Analyze customer cloud maturity levels and propose a transformation roadmap.
Advise customers on their cloud adoption journey and best practices.
Understand the addressable market and build value propositions leveraging the Cloud Services Portfolio.
Contribute to territory sales strategy and the development of customized service offerings.
Present and articulate product features, benefits, and Oracle’s cloud services vision.
Create awareness across customers and internal sales teams about the available services and capabilities.
Collaborate closely with Delivery, Support, and Product Management teams to build tailored solutions.
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Business Development Managers, and Sales Operations.
Provide specific training to Sales and Presales teams.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Cloud Expertise and Technical Depth
Strong experience with cloud platforms
Working knowledge of data analysis, data management, and basic web development concepts.
Ability to design and explain cloud architectures, identity solutions, and service integrations.
Services & Consulting Experience
Background in companies where cloud infrastructure is sold by one team, and the candidate sells services on top of the cloud (migrations, implementations, configuration, outsourcing, support, consulting).
Ability to translate customer needs into actionable service solutions.
Commercial & Pre-Sales Skillset
Clear sales mindset and ability to influence technical and business stakeholders.
Strong storytelling skills to articulate value, benefits, and business impact.
Comfortable presenting solutions, leading conversations, and managing objections.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience architecting, implementing, and delivering complex service solutions in mission-critical IT environments.
Cloud Architect, DevSecOps, and/or FinOps certifications.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Project Management experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Working proficiency in English.
Additional Requirements
Must reside in Mexico City.
Strong ability to interact with customers, demonstrate credibility, and build trust.
Experience with identity solutions or cloud security is a plus.
