Homeoffice Service Technician: Greensboro, NC presso Kinetico

 As a Service Technician at Kinetico, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing our commercial water treatment systems. Your technical expertise and customer-focused approach will help us continue to exceed our customers' expectations.

Compensation: Non-exempt hourly pay based on experience. OT and Performance Bonus eligible. Paid Training. Tools & Company Vehicle provided.

Travel: 100% Local Travel with some overnight travel required

Location: Remote with 100% Travel Expectation 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Install, maintain, and repair Kinetico water treatment systems.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
3. Provide exceptional customer service and support.
4. Educate customers on the proper use and maintenance of their systems.
5. Maintain accurate records of service calls and installations.
6. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

Education & Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Service Technician in the commercial field.
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to demonstrate a high level of professionalism
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Effort and Work Environment

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, pushing and reaching
• Frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds and maneuvering up to 100 pounds with a dolly
• Frequently exposed to oil and noise
• Exposure to heat or cold due to seasonal changes
