Looking for a consistent coaching schedule that includes weekday afternoons and Saturday mornings?

We're hiring energetic, reliable coaches to lead after-school and weekend enrichment classes for young children. It's a great fit if you want steady income with a set schedule, or you're looking to grow in youth coaching and early childhood development.

Schedule (Required)
Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–4:30 PM
Saturday, 8:30 AM–11:30 AM

This consistent schedule — weekday afternoons and Saturday mornings — is the core requirement for the role. Additional hours may be available for coaches who want them, but this schedule is fixed.

About the Role
You'll lead classes for children ages 3–10 across our programs:

• Amazing Athletes (multi-sport)
• Soccer Stars
• Little Rookies (t-ball)
• Karate Zoo (beginner martial arts)

These are enrichment classes, not a competitive league — no games, no tournaments. Just structured, positive, high-energy instruction that builds skills through fun and creativity.

Earning Potential

• ~10 hours/week → $200/week
• 15–20 hours/week (including Saturdays) → up to $500+/week

Hourly pay: $25–$32/hr

What You'll Do

• Travel to local preschools and elementary schools for weekday classes
• Lead Saturday morning classes, 8:30–11:30 AM, at a set weekend location
• Lead fun, structured classes using our proven curriculum (we train you)
• Keep kids engaged through movement and creativity
• Ensure safety and professionalism at every session
• Build relationships with school staff and families

Travel between locations is required, and travel time is paid.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year working with young children (coaching, teaching, nannying, daycare, etc.)
• Comfortable leading a group independently
• Available both weekday afternoons and Saturday mornings (8:30–11:30 AM)
• Energetic, engaging, and reliable
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable working outdoors and in school settings

No advanced sports background needed — we provide full training.
