Implementation Consultant, Client Benefits at Distro

Join a growing HR technology and benefits team as a Senior Implementation Consultant, Client Benefits. In this client-facing role, you'll lead end-to-end benefits implementations, configure benefit plans, eligibility rules, and carrier connections, while ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

What You'll Do Lead new client benefit implementations from start to finish. Serve as the primary client contact during implementation. Configure benefits, eligibility rules, and carrier integrations. Partner with Payroll, Sales, HR, and Operations teams. Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Troubleshoot implementation challenges and support successful go-lives. Mentor team members and support process improvements.

What We're Looking For

✅ 5+ years of benefits implementation or benefits administration experience ✅ Strong knowledge of employee benefits and compliance ✅ Experience with HRIS/HCM platforms (PrismHR preferred) ✅ Excellent client-facing and project management skills ✅ Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously
