Job requirements

Experience Range: With at least 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ solutions and related integrations Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement comprehensive test strategies for Salesforce CPQ and integrated systems, ensuring robust coverage of business processes and technical requirements
  • Develop and execute risk-based test designs, including regression pack ownership, to maintain high quality and minimize defects in production environments
  • Conduct API contract and payload testing using tools such as Postman and SoapUI to validate integrations and ensure data integrity across systems
  • Perform performance and security testing to identify and mitigate potential bottlenecks and vulnerabilities within Salesforce CPQ and integrated platforms
  • Lead and coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely and effective test execution
  • Manage defect triage, track issue resolution, and provide clear, actionable quality reporting to project teams and management
  • Test and validate functionalities across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud, ensuring seamless user experiences and process alignment
  • Mentor junior team members, review automation code, and drive best practices in automated testing for continuous quality improvement
    • Required Skills:
  • Salesforce CPQ configuration and custom scripting
  • Hands-on experience with pricing customization and product configuration in CPQ platforms
  • Salesforce CPQ advanced approvals and quote template development
  • Salesforce CPQ contracts and renewals management
  • API testing with Postman and SoapUI
  • Performance testing and security testing methodologies
  • Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud testing
  • Automated testing using Selenium or similar frameworks
  • Integration experience with Workato or Informatica
  • API-led integration and middleware error handling
    • Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion and CPQ integration
  • Familiarity with NICE CaaS or other contact center integrations
  • Knowledge of Akamai or WinSCP file transfer solutions
  • Exposure to middleware AI use cases
    • Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist or equivalent Salesforce certification
  • Apttus CPQ certification or relevant credentials in CPQ implementation
