Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across various business functions. In this role, you will partner closely with your reporting manager to design and execute effective talent acquisition strategies, identify high-quality candidates, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This is a fast-paced and dynamic environment that rewards innovation, relationship building, and recruitment excellence.
Key Responsibilities • Partner with the reporting manager to understand hiring needs and deliver recruitment goals within defined timelines. • Create and manage job postings across job boards, social media channels, ATS platforms, and other sourcing avenues. • Develop sourcing strategies and role-specific assessment criteria based on market insights and recruitment trends. • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring requirements. • Source top talent using job boards, social platforms, professional networks, and other recruitment channels. • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support. • Conduct candidate assessments, schedule interviews, and facilitate offer discussions and negotiations. • Develop and maintain strong candidate relationships to build robust talent pipelines. • Track recruitment metrics and implement process improvements to enhance hiring outcomes. • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications & Experience • 4-7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. • Experience hiring for BPO, customer service, and other non-technical operation roles. • Proven track record in both niche hiring and high-volume recruitment. • Experience in employer branding initiatives through LinkedIn and other social media platforms. • Strong sourcing and talent-mapping capabilities. • Experience with social recruiting, candidate engagement, and talent intelligence. • Demonstrated success with offer management and negotiations. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Experience in conducting weekend walk-in drives • Strong interviewing, assessment, and stakeholder management skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting, and recruitment analytics.
