In support of Network/Cyberspace Operations mission, perform Service Transition Coordination.
- Analyzes changes of product design to determine the effect on the product design and function and determines and prepares documentation necessary for change.
- Coordinates with customers and manufacturers to determine a process for change reporting.
- Reviews released engineering change data and changes documenting activities to ensure adherence to configuration management procedures and policies.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Coordinate and facilitate effective accomplishment of change and incident management among AFIN operators.
This task includes:
Receiving calls from AFIN operators to coordinate change process and incident resolution
Processing, reviewing, categorizing, documenting and working with stakeholders to ensure high visibility Change Requests and Incidents are approved/routed through the system in a timely manner
Education & Experience
Requires a bachelor's degree, and 2 - 4 years of related experience
Certifications
Required: IAT II = Security+, CySA+, CCNA - Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP or higher
ITIL v4 Foundation
Desired: ITIL v4 Specialist – Create, Deliver, Support and/or ITIL v4 Strategist – Direct, Plan, and Improve
Security Clearance
Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
Other (Travel, Work Environment, DoD 8570 Requirements, Administrative Notes, etc.)
Day Shift. This is a 24/7/365 mission and extended hours/days may be required.
